18k Carbon Fiber Padel Racket

We designed this teardrop padel racket around a 3K carbon fiber face. We chose 3K over stiffer weaves like 12K or 18K because it gives a softer, more comfortable feel that amateur players appreciate. The face is tough enough to resist scrapes from regular court use, and we have seen it hold up well after months of weekly training. Underneath the carbon layer, we placed an EVA foam core. Its main job is to absorb impact shock so your wrist and elbow do not take a beating during long sessions. We tried a few foam densities and settled on one that softens the hit without making the racket feel dead. The teardrop shape puts the sweet spot in a natural position for most swings, and it balances power and control in a way that works well for recreational matches. We kept the design clean and simple, with a few pastel color options that we picked after showing them to club players. They preferred the lighter tones over dark or neon.
