Our racket measures 455 mm long and 260 mm wide, with a 140‑mm handle. You choose between 14‑mm and 16‑mm core thickness – the thicker one adds a bit more dwell time for control, the thinner gives a crisper pop. We mould the EPP foam core and press the carbon face in a single shot, which eliminates weak spots along the edges. The drilling layout is symmetrical around the centre, so the swing weight stays neutral rather than tipping towards the head – this makes volleys and overheads feel lighter in hand. The open throat shifts the balance point slightly towards the grip, helping you change direction faster at the net.
For the grip, we wrap a perforated PU layer that wicks away sweat; we can adjust the circumference from 115 mm to 125 mm on request, and we stitch a wrist lanyard into the base. Every unit comes with a neoprene cover; for retail, we can upgrade to a padded bag with your own label printed on it. Packaging options are plain kraft cartons or full‑colour boxes with custom inserts – whichever fits your shelf. We apply surface graphics via UV printing or screen transfer; we match any Pantone colour and can overlay your logo in matte or metallic finish. Sample orders leave our workshop within 7 working days; bulk quantities (200+) take 10–15 days, depending on graphic complexity. We don't enforce a minimum for prototypes, and we ship a test racket from the first production run for your own quality check. All materials are REACH‑compliant, and we include a one‑page datasheet with actual measured weight, balance point, and rebound coefficient – not generic estimates.
