Carbon gives the surface stiffness for a crisp pop on drives, and Kevlar adds toughness so the face does not chip or lose its texture after weeks of play. We tried a few different weaves before settling on this blend. It gives you good spin and a slightly longer dwell time, which helps with soft shots at the net. Under the face, we use an EPP foam core. It is not too soft and not too stiff. It absorbs the shock of hard hits and reduces the vibration that travels down to your wrist. We have played with this paddle for extended sessions and noticed less fatigue compared to stiffer models. The standard shape gives you a wide sweet spot that forgives off-center hits, and it balances power and control well for intermediate and advanced players. We also offer full customization. You can change the surface design, add your logo, or pick your own colors.
